摘要
本试验用6个不同来源的陆地棉品种;按照 Griffing 的双列杂交方法,对其产量和纤维品质进行了杂种优势、配合力、基因效应及相关分析。结果表明:(1)F_1杂种各性状的优势普遍存在,产量性状优势较强,纤维品质性状优势较弱,纤维细度为负向优势。(2)8个性状的一般配合力方差均大于特殊配合力方差。6个品种中籽棉产量一般配合力效应以鄂沙28最好,纤维品质性状的一般配合力以 PD0109最好。15个组合籽棉产量的特殊配合力以 LineF×协作2号最高,LineF×86-1次之;比强度特殊配合力最佳的组合是 PD0109×86-1。(3)单株籽棉产量、单铃重、纤维细度,以基因的显性效应为主,单株结铃数、衣分、比强度、2.5%跨距长度、麦克隆值,以基因的加性效应为主。(4)单株籽棉产量与纤维细度和比强度呈极显著的负相关,相关系数为-0.5183和-0.4036。单株结铃数、衣分与比强度、2.5%跨距长度均为负相关。本文还分析了纤维品质性状间的相关关系。
Studies on heterosis,combining ability and gene effect of yield traits and fiber properties in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)were conducted using the diallel crossing method of Griffing's with selected varieties.Resulfs.of correlation analysis between the traits showed that:1)All traits in F_1 generation except the fiber fineness wae positive heteroses,and the heteroses of yield traits were greater than those of fiber properties;2)Variances of general combining ability in 8 traits studied were greater than those of special combining ability of the six varieties,the unginned cotton yield of Esha-28 and the fiber properties of PDO109 had the best general combining ability.Among the 15 cross combina- tions,Line Fx Xiexuo No.2 Was the best special combining ability in unginned cotton yield Line Fx 68-1 followed And PD0109×86-1 had the best special combining ability in fiber strength;3)Among the traits such unginned cotton yield per plant,boll weight and fiber fineness,ther performances were predominated by dominance genetic effect and for the traits of boll number per plant,lint percentage, fiber strength,2.5% span length and micronaire,their performances were mainly controlled by additive genetic effects;4)Both the correlation between unginned cotton yield per plant and fiber fineness,and betueen unginned cotton yield per plant and fiber strength were negative with correlation coefficient of -0.5183 and -0.4036、respectively.The correlation between yield traits(bolt number,lint percen- tage)and fiber properties(fiber strength,2.5% span length)was were mainly negative.The correlation analvese among fiber properties were also described in the paper.
