摘要
介绍了几种用于啮合同向双螺杆挤出机的新型混合螺纹元件。分析了不同螺杆组合方式对聚丙烯/硫酸钡(PP/BaSO4)复合材料共混效果的影响。使用新型的混合螺纹元件优化设计出一种适合用于PP/BaSO4复合材料的螺杆组合,结果表明,合适的螺杆组合可以改善BaSO4硫酸钡在PP中的分散效果。
New type mixing elements used in the co-rotating, intermeshing twin-screw extruder was dis- cussed. The influence of different screw configuration on mixing effect of PP/BaSO 4 composite was analyzed.Use those new type mixing elements to assemble different screw configuration, a type of screw configuration suit to PP/BaSO4 composite was designed. The results of experiments showed that proper screw configuration could improve the dispersion effect in PP/BaS04 composite.
