摘要
在高压断路器中,由于动、静触头间存在接触电阻,导致断路器接触面处产生电压降,并发热升温,严重影响断路器的能力和寿命。通过分析断路器接触电阻产生的原因,并通过实验仪器测量接触电阻的大小;利用测量出的接触电阻,计算接触面的温升,并分析接触电阻的大小对触头的影响。最后根据分析,提出了几种减少断路器接触电阻的方法。
Because existing contact resistance between moving contact and fixed contact in high voltage circuit breaker, contact area of high voltage circuit breaker produces voltage drop and temperature rise which affects the performance and the life of the breakers. This paper analyses the causes of contact resistance and measures the contact resistance through the instrument. Using measured contact resistance, this paper calculates the rise of temperature of the contacts and analyzes the influence of the contact resistance to the temperature of contacts. Finally according to analysis, this paper proposes several methods to reduce contact resistance of the circuit breaker.
