摘要
介绍了百色水利枢纽水库分期汛限水位调度方案和防洪蓄泄规则。分析了该方案对大坝安全、下游防洪及库区淹没的影响,认为该方案不增加大坝自身运行、下游防洪及库区淹没的风险。
An introduction was made on the flood regulating scheme,the flood storage and relife rules of Baise Reservoir with stage flood period limiting levels.Based on analysis of the influence on dam safety,downstream flood protection and reservoir area inundation,it is concluded that this scheme will not lead to more risk.
