摘要
目的:建立渣驯的X-射线衍射仪分析共有模式,从而对渣驯进行鉴定、分析。方法:应用X-射线衍射技术,对不同产地炮制前后的渣驯进行测定。结果:三种不同产地渣驯生品及其制品的X-射线衍射图谱的拓扑规律与衍射特征标记峰值不一致。结论:首次建立了渣驯的X-射线衍射图谱,X-射线衍射技术鉴别渣驯药材是可行的。
Objective：To establish the specific pattern of X-ray diffraction of brag-zhun to identify and analyze brag-zhun.Method： The technique of X-ray diffraction and the method of quick comparison were used to determine and compare crude and processed brag-zhun from different regions.Result：X-ray diffraction analysis of crude and processed brag-zhun from different regions had a significant difference.Conclusion：The first time to establish X-ray diffraction analysis method of brag-zhun.The technique of X-ray diffraction can be used in the classification and identification of brag-zhun.
