摘要
目的:研究10种中草药对痤疮致病菌的体外抑菌活性。方法:制备10种中草药提取物,采用牛津杯抑菌圈法定性检测中草药对金黄色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌活性,然后通过2倍稀释法定量检测其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:10种中草药提取物中大黄、黄柏、丁香、姜黄4种中草药对两种致病菌均有抑菌作用;其中大黄的抑菌效果最好,对金黄色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为3.125、6.25mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度分别为6.25、12.50mg/mL。
Objective:To discuss the antimicrobial activity of extracts from 10 kinds of traditional Chinese materia mediea(TCMM)in vitro.Methods:Extracts from 10 kinds of TCM were prepared,and subjected to bacteriostatic tests in vitro by test OxfordCup in order to observe their bacteriostatic ring Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibaterium acnes.And then by test tube continuously dilution in order to observe their minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)to Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibaterium acnes.Results:Among the 10 kinds of TCMM extracts which had inhibitory functions for both bacterias are Treats,Cloves,Turmeric and Rhubarb,and the inhibitory effect was the best.the minimum inhibitory concentrations were 3.125,6.25 mg/mL,and the minimum bactericidal concentrations were 6.25,12.50mg/mL to Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibaterium acnes.
