电导相关流量测井仪在气/水两相流下响应规律的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Analysis of Conductance Correlation Flowmeter in Gas-water Two-phase Flow

摘要 通过对电导相关流量测井仪在多相流实验装置进行气/水两相流动态模拟实验,总结出电导相关流量测井仪在气/水两相流下的响应规律。实验数据分析认为,电导相关流量测井仪在气/水两相流下的适用范围为气流量不大于15m3/d。在气/水两相流条件下,电导相关流量测井仪在低流量和高流量时有不同的响应规律。气/水两相流总流量为20m3/d以上时,相关流量随气/水总流量的增加呈线性增加,受气流量的影响较小。总流量为20m3/d以下时,相关流量受气体滑脱速度影响较大。流量越低,滑脱越明显。在气/水两相与油/水两相下的对比实验表明,气/水两相流中总流量为20m3/d以上时的仪器常数与油/水两相的仪器常数非常接近。在同一总流量下,气/水两相流时测量的相关流速明显高于同流量时油/水的相关流速。 The experiment of conductance correlation flowmeter is carried out on the simulation multi-phase flow experiment facility under the condition of gas-water two-phase flow. The response regulations of the flowmeter in the gas-water two-phase flow are summarized. The analyses of experiment data show that the flowmenter' s working range in gas-water two-phase flow is the gas flowrate below 15 m3/d. The flowmeter has different response regulations at low flowrate and high flowrate. When the total flowrate of gas-water two-phase flow is above 20 m3/d and gas flowrate is below 15 m3/d, the correlation flowrate increases linearly with the increases of total gas-water flowrate. When the total flowrate is beIow 20 m3/d, the correlation flowrate is more sensitive to gas flowrate, and is largely affected by gas slippage. The lower the flowrate is, the more obvious the gas slippage is. When the total flowrate is above 20 m3/d, the tool coefficient in gas-water two-phase flow is almost equal to the tool coefficient in oil-water two-phase flow. The correlation velocity in gas-water two-phase flow is obviously higher than the correlation velocity in oil-water two-phase flow with the same flowrate.
