摘要
近年来,随着放射治疗设备的技术更新,越来越多先进精密的设备投入临床使用,促进放射治疗精准度的不断提高,但在诊治流程、工作效率和设备应用范围方面未有改善。我院使用的西门子CTVision放射治疗系统不但能提高放射治疗精准度,还能简化工作流程,缩短诊治时间,扩大设备应用范围。因此,工作效率高,开展医疗项目多。介绍了西门子CTVision放射治疗系统各种软硬件的应用功能;基于此系统平台逐步开展的新的医疗项目及临床应用情况;对形成的新的放射治疗工作模式进行分析和总结,并探讨肿瘤放射治疗工作从分散的多态模式向一体化的多态模式转变的意义。
In recent years, with the updating of radiation treatment equipment, more and more advanced and accurate equipments are used in clinics, improving the accuracy of the radiation treatment. But there is no improvement in diagnosis and treatment process, work efficiency and equipment application area of no improvement. The use of Siemens CTVision radiation treatment system can not only improve the accuracy radiation treatment, but also simplify the work process, shorten the diagnosis and treatment time and broaden the range of application equipment. With the high efficiency, more medical projects can be carried out. Hardware and software function of Siemens CTVision radiation treatment system are introduced in this review, with clinical application and medical projects developed on the basis of the system. Analysis of the new radiation treatment work patterns are carried out and the importance of the changes of decentralized polymorphism mode into the integration polymorphism mode in tumor radiation therapy are discussed in this article.
