摘要
根据以人为本的原则,引入居民满意度评价,建立了城市人居环境居民满意度评价指标体系及评价方法,并对秦皇岛市人居环境进行了评价。结果表明,秦皇岛市人居环境总体处于发展阶段,评价结果与实际情况基本吻合,表明该评价方法具有可行性。根据评价结果,结合秦皇岛市实际情况,提出了秦皇岛市人居环境优化措施。
According to the principle of human-centeredness, the evaluation of settlers＇ satisfaction was intro- duced, the corresponding index system and method for the evaluation of settlers＇ satisfaction on urban human settlement was built, and Qinhuangdao Human Settlement was evaluated. Results showed that Qinhuangdao hu- man settlement as a whole was in the development stage. This was also consistent with the fact. This showed that the evaluation method was feasible. The paper also put forward optimization measures of Qinhuangdao hu- man settlements according to the results of the study and the actual situation of Qinhuangdao City.
