摘要
主要介绍了非金属元素(N,C,S,F,P和B)掺杂TiO2的制备方法和可见光催化活性研究的最新进展,深入分析了非金属元素对TiO2吸收光谱的影响机理,指出了非金属掺杂TiO2研究过程中存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
This paper describes the preparation of TiO2 doped by non-metallic elements （N, C, S, F,P and B） and photecatalytic activity of TiO2. Also, the latest development is studied. The mechanism is analyzed of the effect of the non-metallic elements on the absorption spectra of TiO2. The existing problem and future research direction of non-metallic doping TiOz are also pointed out in the paper.
