摘要
对人工感染嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)并已出血的香鱼,进行了血液生理和血液生化指标的测定及其相应组织的病理变化的观察。结果发现,病鱼红细胞、血红蛋白数量较健康香鱼显著减少(P〈0.05),白细胞显著增加(P〈0.05),血清酶酶类也发生了相应的变化。通过电镜观察发现肝脏组织细胞发生了脂肪变性、水变性,其中线粒体部分发生髓样变性等,严重破坏胞器的正常结构以及自身的生理机能。在患病香鱼脾脏组织中发现大量长约2mm、宽约0.5mm的细菌,脾脏细胞损伤主要表现为线粒体脊消失、溶酶体增多,细胞间隙增大。
Serum Biochemical Indexes were analyzed and the corresponding tissue of ayu with hemorrhage disease were observed comparing with the control one. The results showed that compared with the control fish, the erythrocyte, hemoglobin values significantly decreased and quantity of leucocytes greatly increased in infected fish (P〈0.05). The blood biochemical indices showed that serum enzymes also had some remarkably change. Results compared with control group, fatty degeneration, water degeneration in liver cells vacuolar degeneration and pulpiform change of mitochondrion were seen under the electron mi- croscope. Serious damage to the structure and its normal physiological function. The findings in ultra-struc- ture showed that a kind of bacterium was observed in spleen. The changes of organelle of spleen were characterized by necrotic mitochondria, increasing number of lysosome and necrosis, and enlarged the in- tercellular gaps.
