摘要
土地资源安全是资源安全的核心,也是国家安全的基础,土地资源安全研究已成为当前土地资源可持续利用研究的前沿课题。文章诠释了土地资源安全的概念,并且对当前土地资源安全研究的重点内容及研究进展进行了综述,总结出当前中国土地资源安全研究存在的问题与不足,并提出未来研究展望:(1)加强土地资源安全机理与土地资源安全评价相结合的综合研究;(2)加强土地资源安全测度研究;(3)强化定量分析、动态监测与安全预警研究,采用现代技术和计量模型进行深层次评价。
Land Resources Security is？the core of？resource security and also it is constitutes the basic of country security, Therefore, the research of land resource security has become the forefront topic in the field of sustainable utilization of land resource. This article interpreted the concept of land resource security firstly,and then summarized the main progress and achievements in land security research,the paper summarizes the existing problems and shortages of the present researches of land resources security in China and prospects the further research directions. This paper suggested that （1） Strengthening the combination of security mechanism and safety valuation of Land Resources methods; （2）Strengthen the safety of land resources research; （3） Strengthen the quantitative analysis, dynamic monitoring and pre-warning of security research and use of modern technology and mathematical models in depth evaluation.
