摘要
通过阐述询价、竞争性谈判和单一来源采购3种非招标方式,分析了非招标采购中存在的问题,提出了应注意的事项。
Through introducing three non-bidding mode of enquiry, competitive negotiation and single source pur- chase, the paper analyzes some existed problems in non-bidding purchase, and proposes some proceedings which should be concerned.
