用0.01%的铅处理小麦种子,对发芽无明显影响,但抑制芽的伸长和根的发生。当土壤用铅500μg/g土处理时,小麦产量显著下降。植株吸收的铅大部分积累在根系,小麦植株各部分铅的含量为根>茎>叶>芒>颖壳>麦粒。铅影响小麦对氮、磷、钾和锌等养分的吸收,并抑制土壤脱氢酶、转化酶与过氧化物酶的活性,然而会刺激蛋白酶的活性。
Treating wheat seeds with 1000 × 10-6 Pb, the seed germination percentage did not decrease, but budlct and root growth were inhibited. When the soil was treated with 500 Hg/g soil, the grain yield of wheat declined significantly. Pb accumulated mainly in the wheat roots, Pb contents were root>stalk>leave>awn + glume>seed. Pb affected the absorption of N, P, K and Zn in wheat plant, and inhibited the activities of dehydrogenase, invertase and peroxidase in soil, but the activity of proiteinase was stimulated.
