摘要
近年来,内蒙古自治区与蒙古国的经贸往来日益密切,中蒙边境贸易得到较快发展。同时,国家对边境外汇管理逐步放开,人民币在中蒙边贸结算中的使用量逐年增长,并实现了人民币在蒙古国境内一定范围内的流动,形成了具有内蒙古特色的人民币跨境流通模式,银行服务范围也由试点银行边境口岸机构扩展至内蒙古全区境内所有金融机构。中蒙跨境贸易的进步对新疆做好边境贸易是具有可借鉴意义的。
Along with the increasing trade contact between Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Mongolia in recent years, Sino-Mongolian cross-border transaction has developed rapidly. China has gradually liberalized administration of foreign exchange in border trade. The use of RMB in cross-border trade settlement has increased year by year, and the circulation of RMB within certain bounds of Mongolia Inner Mongolian feature. Pilot banking extends from border ports to forms cross-border yuan circulation model with all the financial institutions. The advancement of Sino-Mongolian cross-border transaction is instructive to Xinjiang.
