摘要
在分析了煤炭资源承载力的评价方法的基础上,构建了煤炭资源承载力评价体系,运用DEA(数据包络分析法)方法建立C^2R模型对煤炭资源承载力进行分析评价,并以黑龙江省煤碳资源为例,得出了黑龙江省煤炭资源承载力相对效率的客观性结论。为进一步研究黑龙江煤炭资源承载力的优化及煤炭资源的分配、利用与管理提供依据和参考。最后提出了提升黑龙江煤炭资源承载力的对策。
By analyzing the evaluation methods for the coal resources capacity,an evaluation system for the coal resources carrying capacity was constructed in this paper.A C^2R model was established by the Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） method to analyze and evaluate the coal resources carrying capacity.By this model,a case study on the coal resources in Heilongjiang Province was carried out,and objective conclusions of the coal resources capacity efficiency were acquired.It can provide references for the further study on the optimization of coal resources carrying capacity and the allocation,utilization and management of coal resources in Heilongjiang. Finally,countermeasures of enhancing the coal resources carrying capacity for Heilongjiang Province were suggested.
