摘要
分析了13个茶树品种的核型。结果表明,茶树染色体多为中部或近中部着丝点;杂交F_1代的无性系浙农113与其母本福鼎大白茶的核型具有很高的相似性;根据核型分析资料,用最远邻体法聚合分类,将该13个品种分为3组。
Karyotypes of thirteen tea varieties were analysed. The results showed that most of the tea plant chromosomes were metacentrical and submetacentrical, and the karyotype of clone Zhenong 113, a hybrid (F1) of Fudingdabaicha and Yunnandayezhong was very similar to that of its mother parent Fudingdabaicha. The thirteen tea varieties may be divided into three groups according to the agglomrrative classification of the furthest-neighbour method from the karyotype data.
