摘要
对于铝合金的焊接其焊后残余应力导致的焊接变形,尤其对于薄板的焊接其焊接变形问题更为严重。本文运用MSC.Marc大型有限元模拟软件对LD10铝合金的预拉伸工艺进行三维模拟,为优化铝合金预拉伸工艺的工艺参数,提供了理论依据和指导。结果说明:在弹性应力范围内,随着预应力作用范围的增大,试件的纵向残余拉应力峰值、纵向残余弹、塑性变形量均逐渐减小。分析认为,预拉伸应力部分抵消了焊接区因局部加热而导致的压缩塑性变形,减小了焊接残余应力,从而起到控制薄板焊接失稳变形的目的。
The residual stress and deformation after welding for aluminum alloy is the focus of research.Especially for the thin plate,the welding deformation problem is more serious.MSC.Marc is utilized to illustrate the effect of the pre-tension process action range on the welding residual stress and strain.The results show that welding residual longitudinal stress,elastic and plastic strain can be lowered with the more loading area of the pre-tension.The pre-tension can compensate the plastic compressed deformation that is produced by the local heating source,therefore the welding residual strain and stress can be decreased.When the residual longitudinal stress is reduced,the buckling deformation of weldment can be controlled.
