Research advances in bone marrow-derived cell in choroidal neovascularization

摘要 脉络膜新生血管(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)和多种眼病有关,如年龄相关性黄斑变性、中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变、病理性近视黄斑变性、特发性脉络膜新生血管等。CNV是上述疾病造成视力损害的主要因素之一。近年来许多研究发现骨髓来源细胞在CNV的发生和发展中起着重要的作用,本文就此方面的研究进行综述。 Choroidal neovascularization(CNV) is associated with many ocular diseases,such as age-related macular degeneration,central exudative chorioretinopathy,pathologic myopia-related macular degeneration,idiopathic choroidal neovascularization,et al.Moreover,CNV is the main blindness cause of above diseases.Recently many studies have shown that bone marrow-derived cell plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CNV.This article reviews the research advances in contribution of bone marrow-derived cell in CNV.
