摘要
本文主要介绍几种具有发香、定香双重作用的新型香料的合成方法。这些香料都是以草酸二乙酯与相应的醇为原料,通过酯交换反应来合成的。
This article introduces a synthetic method of some satisfying flavour which has double action of fragrance sending and fragrance stabilizing. This flavour is synthesized by the ester interchange using diethyl oxalate and relative alcohol as materials.
