摘要
企业在生产校服时,常依据学生的身高与体重作为服装号型尺寸的基本信息,这种凭借经验进行估算的方式未经量化研究,很难得到推广。根据测量270份男大学生的15项人体部位数据,通过SPSS软件进行回归分析,找出相关性显著的控制部位,并建立回归方程。结果显示:身高与体重对腰围尺寸影响最为显著,通过身高与体重信息可建立关于腰围规格的二元一次回归方程。借鉴传统的服装规格设计原理,身高与腰围对服装长度、围度的规格呈显著相关,并可建立一元一次方程的回归分析,由此可以通过身高与体重信息,确定合理的男大学生校服号型系列表,以提高校服规格的合体度。
When an enterprise produces student uniforms, it often takes the clothing specification and size based on the students＇ height and weight as the basic information. This kind of method relying on experiential estimation without quantitative study is hard to be promoted. Based on the survey of 270 male college students＇ bodies, in which 15 body measurements are taken. SPSS software is used to carry out the regression analysis of these data, the body parts that have relative significance are determined and the regression formula is established. The results show that the height and weight have influenced on waist girth most significantly, and a binary linear equation of waist girth is developed based on height and weight. In accordance of the principle of the conventional series size design and the significant correlation between height and garment length, waist girth and garment width, a linear regression equation with one unknown is established. There fore, a reasonable uniform series size of male college students can be worked out, which will fit the figure better.
