摘要
某暖风芯体水室装配机的支撑结构存在刚度不足的问题。提取出由两个零件及其螺钉连接组成的装配体作为分析对象,以梁单元模拟螺钉连接,用ANSYS软件对模型进行有限元分析,改善了局部结构和约束条件;对模型中螺钉个数、支撑条厚度和主板厚度等三个参数进行优化,最终使支撑结构的最大变形由0.950mm减小至0.196mm,达到了设计要求。优化方案已成功应用于生产实际中,此分析过程对含有螺钉连接的装配体优化设计有一定的参考意义。
The support structure in a heater core tank fit machine had poor rigidity. An assembly that consisted of two parts and the screw connections was extracted as the analysis object. Used beam element to simulate the screw connections. The local struc ture and constraint condition were improved by ANSYS static analysis;3 parameters the number of screws and the thickness of each part are optimized. As a result,the maximum deformation of the support structure reduces from 0. 950mm to 0. 196mm and meets the design requirements. The optimization scheme has been successfully applied in practice, as well as the analysis process provides some reference resources for the optimization of assembly that contains screw connections.
