摘要
对影响投标机会选择的典型因素进行了分析,并且运用层次分析法,将在投标工作中与投标机会决策相关的各因素之间的关系定量化,提出了工程项目投标机会选择层次结构模型,其算法具有普适的应用价值.
This paper proposes a method to quantify the relationships of objects,factors in selection of bidding construction projects,based on AHP method and analysis of the representative factors in bidding opportunity decision. This model has universal significance of application.
