摘要
为能与乙烯裂解副产碳四(C4)直接混合作为生产1-丁烯的原料,在现有处理工艺的基础为催化裂化副产C4增加了轻C4再分离和深度脱硫工序。分离出异丁烷后,催化裂化副产轻C4中异丁烯的质量分数将不小于33%。深度脱硫、净化、浓缩并选择性加氢后,催化裂化副产轻C4中硫的质量分数将小于1×10-6,丁二烯的质量分数将不大于10×10-6,可直接与乙烯裂解副产C4丁二烯抽余油混合,在甲基叔丁基醚装置中发生醚化反应后精馏,可生产出聚合级1-丁烯产品。
In order to use the directly mixed mate- rial of catalytic cracking by - product C4 ( FCC C4 ) and ethylene pyrolysis C4 fractions to produce l - butylene, the separating and deep -desulfurating processes for light C4 fraction which was obtained from FCC C4 fraction were added to the available C4 treatment process. After isobutane was separated,the mass fraction of isobutylene in FCC C4 was no less than 33%. And through deep - desulfuration, purifi- cation, concentration and selective hydrogenation, the mass fraction of sulfur in FCC C4 was less than 1 × 10 ^-6 ,butadiene no more than 10 ×10^ -6 ,and the treated light C4 fraction could be directly mixed with butadiene raffinate oil of ethylene pyrolysis C4 fraction. After the mixed material was etherified and rectified in the methyl - tertiary butyl ether unit, the polymerizationgrade 1 -butylene could be produced.
