摘要
在无溶剂的条件下,以N-甲基吗啉和溴代正丁烷为原料合成出溴化N-丁基-N-甲基吗啉([Nbmm]Br),研究了主要工艺条件对[Nbmm]Br产率的影响,用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了产物的结构,测定了合成产物的吸水性、溶解性和热稳定性。结果表明,反应产物的结构与目标产物相符;在反应温度为108℃,反应时间为5 h,n(N-甲基吗啉)/n(溴代正丁烷)为1的最佳工艺条件下,[Nbmm]Br产率为75.8%;反应产物的吸水性较强,易溶于极性较强的溶剂,热分解温度约为240℃。
N - butyl - N - methyl morpholine bro- mide ( [ Nbmm] Br) as intermediate of ionic liquid was synthesized using N - methyl morpholine and 1- bromobutane as raw materials without solvent. The effects of reaction conditions, such as reaction time, reaction temperature and mole ratio of N - methyl morpholine to 1 -bromobutane on the product yield were investigated. The product was charac- terized by FT - IR, and the water absorbability, solu- bility and thermal stability were also tested. The results showed that under the condition of reaction temperature 108 ℃ ,reaction time 5 h, mole ratio of N- methyl morpholine to 1 - bromobutane I : I yield of [Nbmm]Br was 75.8%. The product had identical structure with purpose product and exhibited higher water absorbability. It was easy to dissolve in polar solvent and decomposed at about 240℃.
