基于小波变换的高强度聚焦超声消融兔VX2乳腺肿瘤声像图纹理分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗过程中多分辨率小波分析纹理参数对凝固性坏死的判断,提高超声监控判断凝固性坏死的灵敏度。方法 HIFU辐照在体新西兰大白兔VX2乳腺肿瘤,按辐照强度分为90 W、120 W、150 W 3组(每组40只),辐照时间均为3 s。采集辐照前后的声像图,通过小波变换提取声像图纹理参数,使用支撑适量机建立决策平面,分析样本。结果利用小波变换提取声像图纹理参数对HIFU消融组织凝固性坏死的判断高于灰度评价,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与灰度评价相比,利用小波变换纹理分析对凝固性坏死判断的准确性和敏感度更高。 Objective To study the judging of coagulation necrosis by multi-resolution wavelet analysis texture parameters during the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment, to improve the sensitivity of judging coagulation necrosis by ultrasound monitoring. Methods The VX2 breast tumors of rabbits in three groups was irradiated for 3 s,with a irradiating intensities of 90 W, 120 W, 150 W,respectively, each group contained 40 New Zealand white rabbits. The ultrasonogram before and after irradiating were collected. Ultrasonogram texture parameters by wavelet transformation were extracted. Decision surfaces by means of support vector machine (SVM) was established. The sampies were analyzed. Results Judging of coagulation necrosis of tissues ablated by HIFU by means of ultrasonogram texture parameters ex- tracted by wavelet transformation was higher than that of gray scale evaluation, and the difference was of statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The accuracy and sensitivity of judging of coagulation necrosis by means of wavelet transformation texture analysis was higher than that of grey scale evaluation.
