摘要 基于最小最大划分,提出了一种适合于复杂产品的模块化方法。首先给出最小最大划分的定义,然后根据零部件之间的各种关联关系进行复杂产品的初步划分并计算出其最小最大划分。根据最大划分的子集将复杂产品的零部件进行分组,并在各组内以最小划分的子集为计算单元进行模糊聚类分析,根据模块聚合度确定阈值得到复杂产品的模块划分结果。相对于现有方法,该方法能具有计算量小、最优的阈值和合理的权因子等优点。以轮式装载机的工作装置为例,说明了该方法的合理性和有效性。 Based on min-max partition,a modularity method for complex product was proposed.The definition of min-max partition was presented,and then the preliminary partition of complex products was performed according to various complex relationships among parts and its min-max partition was calculated.The parts of complex product were divided into groups based on max partition subsets,and the fuzzy clustering analysis was conducted in these groups by using min partition subsets as calculation unit.The threshold value was determined and then the module partition results of complex product was obtained according to modularity polymerization degree.Comparing to current methods,this method had the advantages of minimum calculation,optimum threshold value and reasonable weight coefficient.The wheel loader was taken as an example to demonstrate its rationality and effectiveness.
