摘要
目的探讨白内障术后眼内炎的治疗方法。方法所有患者先采用玻璃体腔注射抗菌药物,如果炎症不能被控制,注药24h后行玻璃体切除术。结果房水和玻璃体标本的病原学检查阳性8例占66.7%,其中5例占41.7%为表皮葡萄球菌;经玻璃体腔注射万古霉素等治疗,9例炎症被控制,3例行玻璃体切除术。结论及时的玻璃体腔注射抗菌药物,能控制大部分眼内炎,玻璃体切除术能有效治疗重度眼内炎。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the treatment methods of endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.METHODS Vancomycin was injected into vitreous cavity of all 12 patients.Vitrectomy was performed when infective bacteria could not be controlled by intravitreal injection.RESULTS Aqueous and vitreous samples were examined,8 cases showed positive results,in which 5 cases were found infected by Staphylococcus epidermidis.The infection of 9 cases were successfully controlled with intravitreal injection.Three cases received vitrectomy because the infection cannot be controlled.CONCLUSION Intravitreal injection of antibiotics can control infections in most cases,and vitrectomy is effective in treating severe endophthalmitis.
