摘要
目的探讨经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)并发症的护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院36例发生PICC并发症患者的临床资料。结果穿刺口感染8例,静脉炎1例,堵管12例,皮肤过敏8例,导管破裂3例,穿刺点渗血3例。经有针对性的护理干预后,患者的并发症均得以控制。结论在PICC导管留置期间予以有针对性的护理,能减少并发症的发生,提高疗效。
Objective To study the peripheral central venous catheterization （PICC） complications and nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with PICC catheter complications were analysed retrospectively. Results There were 8 cases of puncture infection, 1 cases of phlebitis, 12 cases of plugging tube, 8 cases of skin allergy, 3 cases of catheter rupture and 3 cases of puncture oozing. All patients＇ complications were dominated after nichetargeting nursing intervention. Conclusion Niehetargeting nursing intervention during the PICC intubation can reduce the complications and improve the curative effect.
