摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者血浆白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血浆抵抗素与病情和出血量的关系。方法选择脑出血患者(来院距发病<24 h)45例作为实验组,选择同期健康体健者30例作为对照组。检测2组血浆IL-6、血浆抵抗素含量,并分析与病情和出血量的关系。结果实验组血浆IL-6、血浆抵抗素水平较对照组明显增高。随着脑出血量增多和病情严重程度的升高,患者血浆IL-6、血浆抵抗素水平逐渐升高。结论血浆IL-6、血浆抵抗素水平的变化与脑出血病情严重程度和出血量密切相关,可能对观察病情变化以及评估脑出血患者的预后具有重要的临床意义。
Objective It is to explore the relationship among serous interleukin-6 and resistin and the volume or severity of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 45 patients with cerebral hemorrhage（time of the onset〈 24 h） were selected as experiment group,30 healthy persons came from medical examination center at the same period were chosen as control group.The levels of serous interleukin-6 and resistin were determined in both groups,and the relationship between pathogenetic condition and bleeding volume were analyzed.Results The levels of serous interleukin-6 and resistin in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group.As the volume of cerebral hemorrhage increased,the levels of interleukin-6 and resistin increased gradually,there was the same tendency as the severity of cerebral hemorrhage increased.Conclusion The volume and severity of cerebral hemorrhage is closely related to the changes of interleukin-6 and resistin and they have important clinical significance to assess the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
