摘要
文章以国内外著名咨询公司的代表麦肯锡和和君咨询为例,分析了咨询公司在为目标企业提供战略咨询服务中的竞争情报过程,阐述了这一过程中的每一步骤或阶段竞争情报工作的内容,总结了两家咨询公司提供战略咨询服务中的竞争情报过程的特点,注重调研和沟通、完整的分析框架、完善的服务流程以及创造性的方法工具,为企业在开展竞争情报工作支持战略决策的制定提供了参考。
In this paper, the author chooses two famous consulting companies, McKinsey and Hejun Consulting, as examples to analyze the competitive intelligence process in strategic consulting service, and expounds competitive intelligence work of every stage. Finally, the author summarizes the characteristics of the competitive intelligence process in strategic consulting service. During the process they pay much attention to research and communication, build full analysis of the framework, establish perfect service process and innovate in methods and tools to support strategic decision making. All of the characteristics can be taken as references in strategic decision-making.
