摘要
近年研究发现四环素类药物具有非抗菌性质,在治疗骨代谢疾病,抗肿瘤等方面很好的临床应用前景。本文主要综述了四环素类药物抑制基质金属蛋白酶、干预细胞因子的产生、抗氧自由基等的非抗菌作用机制,以及治疗牙周炎、骨关节炎、糖尿病、骨质疏松症、抗肿瘤、胸腔积液等的非抗菌临床应用。
Recent studies found that tetracyclines have non - antibiotic property, and tetracyclines will be more promising in the treatment of diseases in bone metabolism, antitumor, etc. This article reviews the non - antibiotic mechanism and non - antibiotic use of tetracyclines, mainly including matrix metalloproteinases, intervene the production of the cytokine, eactive oxygen radicals and treatment periodontitis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, antitumor, pleural effusion and so on.
