白藜芦醇的生物学功能及在运动医学领域的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 白藜芦醇作为一种天然多酚类化合物具有广泛的生物学功能,包括对心脏的保护作用,调节糖脂代谢作用,抗炎性作用和抗氧化作用等。最近研究发现白藜芦醇与运动能力关系较为密切,有可能成为一种潜在的专项运动营养补剂。在综述白藜芦醇生物学功能和其与运动关系的基础上,展望白藜芦醇在运动医学领域的研究前景。 Resveratrol,a natural polyphenolic compound,contains extensive biological functions.For example,it can protect the heart,regulate the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and prevent from inflammation and oxidation.Recently,the research has found that resveratrol is correlated with exercise ability,and may become a potential special exercise nutritional supplement.This paper summarizes the biological function of resveratrol and the relationship between resveratrol and exercise,and then looks forward to the research prospect of resveratrol in the field of sports medicine.
