Nitrogen behavior during nitriding treatment of electrical steel

摘要 利用场发射扫描电镜与辉光放电光谱,研究了经不同渗氮处理与等温退火后,氮在不同厚度层内的含量与氮化物析出的种类、形态及分布。观察了氮化物粒子在等温退火过程中的演变过程。结果表明,渗氮后氮化物主要沉积在样品表层。在随后等温退火过程中,表层的氮化物逐渐溶解并向内层扩散后重新析出。因此,尺寸细小的氮化物沿扩散层均匀的分布以稳定二次再结晶组织。 With the help of field emission microscope and glow discharge optical spectrometry,the behavior of nitrogen which included the nitrogen contents in different thickness layers and types,shapes and distributions of nitride precipitates was investigated in specimens subjected to different nitriding and further isothermal annealing treatments.Meanwhile,the evolution of nitride particles during isothermal annealing was also observed.It reveals that nitrides after nitriding are mainly piled in surface layer.After the following process of isothermal annealing,nitrides in surface layer dissolve gradually and form precipitates again when they diffuse to subsurface.Thus,nitrides with small size can be well-distributed along the diffusion layer and evolve stably to secondary recrystallization.
