摘要
因NO研究的广泛性以及在保鲜作用中备受关注,从NO的物理化学特性,植物体中NO的来源着手,阐述NO对蔬果保鲜的作用机理及其研究进展,同时展望NO的研究方向。
Nitric oxide in extending vegetables and fruits postharvest life was paid close attention to research extensively. The paper summarized the physics and chemistry characteristic of nitric oxide and the origination of plant. The progress and functional mechanism of nitric oxide in extending vegetables and fruits postharvest life was introduced. In the end, we put forward the prospect of nitric oxide study in the future.
