摘要
从树莓绿色果实上分离出一株产酯性能较好的菌株MJ-green-2010,经形态与培养特征,酵母菌假菌丝鉴定,生理生化实验和分子水平鉴定,确定为有孢汉逊酵母属(Hanseniaspora)的葡萄汁有孢汉逊酵母(Hanseniaspora uvarum)。
The M J-green-2010 which is the good performance of producting ester was isolated from the green raspberry, after morphological and cultural characteristics, identification of yeast pseudohyphal, physiological and biochemical tests and identification of the molecular level, it was identified as Hanseniaspora uvarum of Hanseniasoora.
