摘要
目的探讨小切口联合经皮肤、结膜入路连续埋线法重睑术的适应证、手术方法与手术效果。方法在上睑设计重睑线并均匀标记5点,最外侧点标记为长5～8 mm的切口线。通过最外侧切口切除膨出的眼轮匝肌和适量眶隔脂肪,经皮肤、结膜入路行连续埋线法重睑术。伴有内眦赘皮的患者同时行内眦赘皮矫正术。结果应用该方法治疗56例患者112只眼睛,52例患者术后随访1个月,45例患者术后随访6个月,均对手术效果满意。结论该手术方法结合小切口重睑术与连续埋线法重睑术和经皮肤、结膜入路埋线法重睑术的优点,扩大了埋线法重睑术的适应证,术后重睑线形态自然,效果持久。
Objective To explore the indications,the surgical method and results of double-eyelid blepharoplasty by using mini-incision together with continuously buried suture method via skin and conjunctiva.Methods Double-eyelid fold was designed and 5 points was marked on it equally.The lateral point was marked as a mini-incision of 5-8 mm.Orbicularis muscle and orbital fat was dissected via the lateral incision.Then double-eyelid blepharoplasty using continuously buried suture method via skin and conjunctiva was performed.Patients with medial epicanthus were performed epicanthoplasty at the same time.Results One hundred and twelve eyes in 56 patients underwen double-eyelid blepharoplasty with this method.52 patients were followed-up for 1 month and 45 patients for 6 months.All of them reported a satisfactory aesthetic result.Conclusion Double-eyelid blepharoplasty using this method owns advantages of the mini-incision method,the continuously buried suture method and the buried suture method via skin and conjunctiva.Indications of this method are more extensive than indications of the buried suture method.Postoperative double-eyelid is natural and long-lasting.
