摘要
东北军是一支以张学良为统帅的地域性军事集团,它的前身是张作霖所领导的奉军。一直以来,东北军都表现出较强的凝聚力,但九一八事变后,东北军开始分裂。这种从稳固到分裂的蜕变使人质疑这支军阀集团前期表现出来的稳定性,即东北军表面上是统一的,实际上内部是不一致的,这既有地域性差异,又有新老和土洋派别之争。同时封建宗法关系作为军事集团的联系纽带,也很难应付大的危机事变,加上日本人对东北军上层的分化拉拢,以及九一八事变后张学良执行的不抵抗政策导致部队出现的思想混乱,这些都是导致其分裂的原因。
The Northeast Army is the regional military group with Zhang Xueliang as commander, whose predecessor is led by Zhang Zuolin＇s Fengjun. The Northeast Army have shown a strong cohesion, but after the Mukden Incident, there is the rapid disintegration of the Northeast army. This change from solidity to disintegration rapidly causes people to question the stability of warlords demonstrated in early times. The Northeast Army on the surface is uniform and in fact it is inconsistent, which has both regional differences, and struggles among the new and old and fashionale and old-fashioned major factions. At the same time the feudal patriarchal relations as the link of military group make it difficult to cope with the crisis and incident, coupled with the differentiation roping of the Japanese on the upper Northeast Army. After the Mukden Incident Zhang Xueliang adopted a policy of non-resistance which caused forces confusion. All these things cause the split of the Northeast Army.
