未成熟卵体外成熟培养成功妊娠1例

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,29岁,结婚3年,婚后3年不孕就诊。14岁初潮,月经稀发3～6个月,BMI 27.63 kg/m2。生殖激素测定：LH 18.54 mIU/ml,FSH 5.80 mIU/ml,E254.2 pg/ml。B超见子宫内膜5 mm/线性,双侧卵巢均有12个以上直径〈5 mm的小卵泡。OGTT（-）,IRT（＋）,我院行HSG提示双侧输卵管通畅,左侧输卵管上举。男方精液检查活率99.07%,密度28.47×106/ml。诊断：①原发不孕症;②多囊卵巢综合征;③胰岛素抵抗综合征;④肥胖症。
