杉木种子园单亲本子代测定结果的分析 被引量:7

摘要 余杭县长乐林场杉木种子园347个家系单亲本子代测定结果表明:家系间生长量差异显著,子代林胸径,树高平均生长量大于CK的家系数目分别占总数的86.1%和86.6%.生长较快的家系大多来自广西,湖南和江西等地。这些差异,既含有群体的遗传效应,也含有单株的基因效应。胸径、树高和材积三性状的h^2家系和h^2单株都较高,如1982—Ⅰ子代林就有0.60~0.70.在P=10%时,树高、胸径的⊿G可达10%以上,材积⊿G则在30%以上。这说明单株选择,建立初级种子园的效果是,显著的。1982—Ⅰ子代林树高、胸径和材积三性状的表型相关系数为0.605~0.973,遗传相关系数为0.885~0.990,选择指数函数式为Y=-0.0009D+0.0004H+0.2753V. A progeny test of 347 open-pollinated families, which are reared by plus tree clones of Chinese fir from a clonal seed orchard, is established in Changle Forest Farm, Yuhang County. The results show that there are significant differences among the families in growth increments of DBH and tree height because of both genetic effect of provenance and individual. The families which mean growth increments of DBH and tree height are larger than thoes of checks (CK) occupy 86.1 per cent and 86.6 per cent of being tested families respectively, mostly from Guangxi, Hunan and Jiangxi. The herita-bilities of families and individuals in DBH,tree height and volume are quite height, e. g. progeny forest 1982-1 has a heritability of 0.60-0.70. Genetic gains for height and DBH are about 10 per cent, for volume is over 30 per cent if P is equal to 10 per cent. Therefore, the selection of individual tree used as the establishment of a primany seed orchard is obvious effective. Phenotypic correlation coefficients among the height, DBH and volume for progeny forest 1982-I range from 0.605 to 0.973, genetic correlation coefficients cover from 0.885 to 0.990. The function of selection index is Y = -0.000 9D + 0.000 4H + 0.275 3V.
