摘要
根据1987和1988两年对天目铁木成龄、幼龄树木和苗木生长和发育进程的观测资料,结合两年气象因素的变化,我们报道了此一珍稀树种的年生长发育周期及其与气象因素的关系。观测表明,2月中旬,日均气温2℃以上,芽开始萌动,3月中旬展叶,4月中旬新梢伸长至7月伸长结束,无二次抽梢。雄花序于2月中旬萌动,4月中上旬开放,下旬花谢。6月初形成新的雄花序。雌花序在4月中旬开放,受粉后于6月初出现花被。果实经过大约160～180d生长,于9～10月成熟。种子春播,4月中旬萌发,少数种子可延迟至第2年发芽。在4～5月份气温20℃以下时,幼苗生长缓慢,6月中旬至9月中旬日均气温22～25℃,月降水量200mm左右为苗木生长高峰期。在水肥供应充分时,苗木速生,高径比较大,根系分布较浅,易风倒。造林时宜深栽。
Based on the observations and measurements of growth and development processes of mature and young trees and seedlings of Ostrya rehderiana in 1987 and 1988, and combined these data with the variations of meteorological factors in these years, we reported the annual cycle of growth and development, and their relations with meteorological factors. It was showed that bud swell started in the second ten days period of February at mean daily temperature above 2 ℃; and young leaves openned in the second ten days of March; terminal shoot elongation started in the second ten days of April and ended in July. It didn't show the second growth. Male inflorescence strengthed in the second ten, days of February, flowered in the first ten days of April and shed in the last ten days of this month, but the new male inflorescences were formed in the beginning of June. Female flow ers were openning in the second ten days of April. By the beginning of June petals developed outside the stigma after pollination. Fruits were ripened in September-October through a development period about 160-180 days. The sown seeds germinated in the second ten days of April, some of them could retard germination to the next spring. Seedling growth was slow in the April-May at mean daily temperature below 20℃, then became faster and reached a peak from mid-June to mid-September at mean daily temperature 22-25℃ and monthly precipitation about 200 mm. In the case of sufficient supplement of water and nutrients the seedlings were growing rapidly, height-diameter ratio was larger, root system shallower,could be easily damaged by wind blowdown. Therefore, it must be planted deeply by using the seedlings in forestation.
