摘要
本文就浙江省主要的丛生竹种大木竹、粉单竹、温州水竹、绿竹、麻竹和吊丝丹等竹材各个部位纤维形态和纤维组织比量系统地进行了显微观测和分析。结果表明6种竹材纤维长为2.23~2.68mm,平均2.51mm;纤维宽14.1~16.2μm,平均15.1μm;长宽比为139~175;壁厚4.9~5.7μm;腔径4.2~5.7μm,壁腔比1.9~2.7;纤维组织比量34.2%~45.5%.并发现竹壁中部纤维较长,竹秆中部也有这种倾向;纤维宽度自基部至梢部逐渐变小,径向却以竹壁中部较大,两侧较小,腔径也有类似的变化;纤维组织比量在径向由竹壁外侧至内侧急剧变小,在轴向由基部至梢部逐渐增加。
This paper carries out a microscopic observation on the fiber forms and tissue percentage of six major sympodial bamboos in Zhejiang province. There are Lingnania wenchouensis, L. chungii, Bambusa oldhami, B. textilis var. Jusca, Sinocalamus latiflorus, and S. beecheyana. The analytic results show that the fiber length(L) of the bamboos varies from 2.23mm to 2.68 mm, and the average value is 2.51mm. The width (W) is between 14. 1μm and 16.2μm, and its average value is 15. μm, L/W between 139 and 175. Fiber cell wall thickness (T) ranges from 4.9μm to 5.7 μm, the lumen diameter (D) 4.2μm to 5.7μm, T/D 1.9 to 2.7. The percentage of fiber tissue goes from 34.2 per cent to 45.5 per cent. Its is discovered that the fibers in the middle of the bamboo wall are much longer, and those in the middle of the bamboo shafts have the same tend. The fiber width decreases gradually from the bamboo foot to its tip. But diametrically, the fibres in the middle of the bamboo wall are much bigger, and it is the same case with those in lumen diameter. The percentage of fiber tissues decreases sharply from the outside to the inside in diametral direction, but increases gradually from the bamboo foot to the tip.
