摘要
创造性人格是指个体在创造性过程中表现出来的、对创造性的发展起到促进和保证作用的、统合而稳定的人格特征。文章从幼儿创造性人格的类型表现和发展特点入手，结合幼儿创造性人格形成的影响因素，从认知、行为两个层面，阐述了幼儿创造性人格的培养策略，以期为幼儿创造型人格的培养提供参考。
Creative personality is the compositive and stable personality characteristics, which are manifested in the process of creativity, and promote and assure the development of creativity. Combi- ning the factors influencing the formation of infants＂ creative personality, this article starts from the type magnification and development features of their creative personality, illustrates the strategies of cultivating their creative personality from cognition and behavior, expecting to provide references for children＇s cultivation of creative personality.
