摘要
口述历史工作的开展需要多方面要素的支持,这些要素可归纳为两大类,即理论与现实条件。口述历史工作得以顺利开展需要系统理论的指导,需要雄厚的资金作为后盾,需要具备一定专业修养、心理素养和社会影响力的采访人承担采访任务等。对于我国大多数图书馆而言,这些重要要素基本上都不具备,因此我国图书馆在相当长的时间内不适宜开展口述历史工作。
Doing oral history work needs a lot of supports, which could be sorted into two categories： theory and practical conditions. Oral history work could be successfully practiced needs systematical theory to guide, abundant funds to support, many interviewers having professional literature, psychology and social influence to interview, and so on. Because almost of our libraries don＇t have any of those factors, our libraries aren＇t suitable to do oral history work in a long future time.
