摘要
对于高校图书馆要不要开展社会化服务问题,有正反两方面的观点,持正方观点的占绝大多数,反对方的几个观点是值得商榷的。我国高校图书馆目前开展社会化服务的少、观望的多,主要原因在于我国图书馆人在弘扬图书馆精神方面做得不够。在网络环境下,高校图书馆应弘扬图书馆精神、树立社会化服务理念、因地制宜地服务社会、多借鉴和学习国内外高校图书馆社会化服务的经验,以解决我国高校图书馆社会化服务中存在的问题。
Whether university libraries should develop socialization services in our country or not, there are two points of approval and opposition. Most of people approve it, a few opposition reasons are suspectable. At present, a few of university libraries take measures for socialization services, most are waiting and seeing, which due to lack of propagandizing the library spirit. Under the network environment, university libraries should carry forward the library spirit, establish the concept of socialization services, serve the society combined with the local circumstances, and learn from experience of foreign university libraries and our university libraries which develop socialization services, in order to solve problems existing in socialization services of our university libraries.
