摘要
电子商务的巨大发展改变了人们的生产、生活和消费方式,然而在电子商务飞速发展的背后,信用监管问题变得越来越突出。目前,信用监管问题已成为电子商务发展的巨大阻碍。本文通过选取电子商务行业典型A公司为案例,分析了其在信用监管方面的现状和不足,最后提出构建适用于电子商务行业的信用监管体系的设想,并用A公司为例加以探析。
Tremendous growth of e-commerce has changed peoples' way of production,life and consumption.However,behind the rapid development of e-commerce,credit supervision issues become more and more prominent.Currently,the credit supervision has become a major obstacle to the development of e-commerce.By selecting a typical A company in e-commerce industry,this paper analyzes its status quo and insufficiency in credit regulation.Finally,it puts forward some propositions of building an e-commerce credit supervision system suitable for e-commerce industry,and takes the A company as an example to discuss.
