本文介绍16兆8位流水式串并行A/D转换器的设计思想、实现问题及其主要特点。该A/D转换器用了三个专用集成电路,有很高的性能价格比。
This article describes the design idea, realizing problems and the main characteristics of the flowing water type series-parallel ADC, which with resolution of 8 bits and conversion rate of 16 MHZ. This converter includes three special ICs, and has high performance/price characteristic.
