摘要
中国已成为世界制造大国和经济大国,因此如何保障劳动者安全、健康已变得越来越重要。本文首先论述了我国职业病发生的现状,接着介绍了日本职业病概况及防治的相关法规,然后介绍日本职业病预防的综合对策,并提出进行综合性职业健康管理的新理念。在此基础上,从政府、企业组织、个人层面上对我国的职业病预防体系提出了对策建议。
Since China has already become great manufacturing country and economic power, how to ensure safety, healthy of laborers become more and more important. At first, current situation of occupational disease in our country has been introduced in this paper. Secondly general situation of occupational disease and law＆ regulation of preventive treatment in Japan has been introduced. Then synthetical countermeasure of prevention in Japan has been introduced and new idea of synthetically occupational health management was advanced. On the basis, countermeasure suggestions of prevention system on occupational diseases in our country has been submitted on the point of view from the government, enterprise organization and individual.
