摘要
本文分析了塑料瓦楞板剪切的要求,据此设计了一种新型的工业智能控制器。它集计算机和接口于一起,融解析算法和知识推理于一体,着眼于工业应用。生产现场实践表明它具有优良的性能和运行特性。
In this paper, the technical requiments of cuting the plastic corrugated plate are analysised. Therefrom, a new type of industrial intelligent controller is designed. The controller integrates microcomputer with interfaces,and combines analytic algorithm with knowledge-reasoning, in order to be widely applied to industries. The practice in a factory shows that the controller has excellent behaviors and run performances.
