摘要
评价高校的创新能力,关键要看其培养的学生,尤其是硕士研究生创新能力水平的高低。因此,重视并加强硕士研究生创新能力的开发与培养意义重大。文章通过问卷调查的方式,分析了影响研究生创新能力的要素,通过建立模糊综合评价法的创新指标体系,得出了落后地区研究生在技术思维和创新技能方面还比较薄弱的结论,并进一步提出了相应的对策和建议。
It is the key that the innovation ability level of the postgraduate student to the innovation ability of university.h is important to strengthen and develop the innovation ability of postgraduate student.The topic analysed the factors affected the innovation ability of postgraduate student by questionnaire survey, and draw a conclusion that it is weak in technical aspects of mental and innovation ability in backward area, by the way of analysis and establishing vague general appraisal target system, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
